🐇🌟 The Tortoise and the Hare
Once upon a time in a peaceful forest, a fast and boastful hare was always teasing a slow-moving tortoise.
“You're so slow, you’ll never get anywhere!” laughed the hare.
But the tortoise, calm and steady, replied:
“I may be slow, but I can still beat you in a race.”
🏁📣 The Challenge
Everyone in the forest gathered as the race was set. The hare, confident of victory, laughed loudly:
“This will be over in no time!”
The tortoise simply nodded, ready to do his best.
🛤️🐢 The Race Begins
As soon as the race started, the hare zoomed ahead. The tortoise moved slowly but didn’t stop.
Halfway through the race, the hare looked back and saw the tortoise far behind.
“He’ll never catch me,” said the hare. “I’ll take a quick nap.”
He lay down under a shady tree and soon fell asleep.
😴⌛ The Turn of Events
Meanwhile, the tortoise kept moving—step by step, inch by inch—never stopping. Time passed, and he slowly passed the sleeping hare.
When the hare finally woke up, the sun was already setting. He rushed to the finish line—but it was too late.
🏆🎉 The Lesson Learned
The tortoise had already crossed the finish line. All the animals cheered. The hare was stunned.
The tortoise smiled and said, “Slow and steady wins the race.”
📚 Moral of the Story:
Don’t brag about your talents. Consistency and determination can outlast speed and pride.
