There was a dog who had found a juicy bone. He was very proud of his prize and decided to carry it home in his mouth so he could enjoy it in peace.

🌉 A Bridge and a Temptation

As the dog crossed a narrow wooden bridge over a clear stream, he looked down and saw his reflection in the water. But the silly dog thought it was another dog carrying a bigger bone.

💭 Greed Takes Over

Driven by greed, the dog growled at the "other dog" and snapped at what he thought was a bigger treat. But as he opened his mouth, the bone he was holding dropped into the water and sank to the bottom.

😢 A Harsh Lesson Learned

The poor dog was left with nothing—no bone, no reflection, and no reward. His greed had cost him everything.
