🐑 The Boy Who Cried Wolf
🌄 Once Upon a Time...
There was a young shepherd boy who lived in a small village at the foot of a mountain. Every day, he would take his flock of sheep up the hillside to graze. He was often bored because nothing exciting ever happened.
😏 A Mischievous Idea
One day, the boy thought of a trick to amuse himself and stir up some excitement. He ran down the hill shouting:
“🐺 Wolf! Wolf! There’s a wolf attacking the sheep!”
The villagers rushed up the hill to help him. But when they arrived, they saw no wolf—only the boy laughing at the trick he had played.
🔁 He Did It Again
The next day, the boy repeated the same prank:
“🐺 Wolf! Wolf!”
Again, the villagers came running to protect the flock. And again, they found no wolf, only the boy giggling at their frustration.
⚠️ The Real Danger
A few days later, while watching his sheep, the boy saw a real wolf sneaking toward the flock. Terrified, he ran down the hill yelling:
“🐺 Wolf! Wolf! Please help! A real wolf is attacking the sheep!”
But this time, the villagers didn’t believe him. They thought he was joking again, and no one came to help.
😢 The Consequence
The wolf attacked the flock, and many sheep were lost. The boy learned a hard lesson that day: if you always lie, people won’t believe you even when you're telling the truth.
📚 Moral of the Story
